We are like any other clothing store and unfortunately sometimes things are stolen or go missing. This is a risk you take when having a rack at Prelove. We do our very best to keep your items safe, but in case an item of yours isn't found we are not responsible and unfortunatley can't compensate your lost item. We provide security tags for you to use free of charge. Security tags will give better protection, however even with security tags the safety isn't 100%. Please do not bring anything for sale that is too valuable for you to lose!

Don't Overfill Your Rack

Small rack is for up to 30 coathangers and 4 pairs of shoes
Medium rack for is up to 65 coat hangers and 5 pairs of shoes
Large rack is for up to 100 coathangers and 8-10 pairs of shoes

Booking A Stall - Rates & conditions

Prelove is a second hand store – strictly for individuals to sell their private owned and preloved items.

Rental fee is:

SMALL RACK: $65/week +10% from your total sales
MEDIUM RACK: $99/week + 10% from your total sales.
LARGE RACK: $139/week + 10% from your total sales. 
No commission taken if your total sale amount is less than $200 

Rental Conditions

A rack can be booked by contacting the staff of Prelove by phone, on our website ( www.prelove.com.au ) or visiting us in store.
When making a booking we need to sign you up for our online booking system Zellr. This is where you are able to make your price tags, check your booking, keep an eye on your already sold items and update your personal information.
A full payment of the rack must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your rental starting date. If you are unable to commence your already booked and paid rental you can postpone your booking. In case you need to cancel your booking or want to reschedule we need a minimum of 1 weeks notice. No refunds are issued with less than 1 weeks notice. If you need to postpone your rental with less than 1 weeks notice and a suitable customer can't be found by the date your booking was supposed to start, we will reduce the postponed rental time by as many days as the rack has been empty without a new booking.  
Prelove provides all the coat hangers for your items. We concentrate on clothing items, shoes and bigger accessories. No jewelry or other merchandise must be sold. 
It is strictly forbidden to sell any furniture, bootleg items, adult entertainment, drugs, dangerous goods, weapons, plants or grocery. Prelove reserves the right to remove any unfit item from sale. The rack holder is fully responsible for any damages as a result of failure to comply to these conditions. Selling stolen items or someone else’s belongings is strictly forbidden. The rack holder must confirm they have the rights to the items brought for sale. Any malpractice we reserve the right to inform the police.
The rack must not be too full. Small rack is for up to 30 coat hangers and 4 pairs of shoesmedium rack for is up to 60 coat hangers and 5 pairs of shoeslarge rack is for up to 100 coat hangers and 8-10 pairs of shoes. If the rack is too full it might damage it as well as be a hindrance to the sale of your items. Rack with too many coat hangers and shoes on it looks messy and is hard to keep tidy. Prelove has the right to remove any extra items from your rack. You are welcome to replace sold items with new garments throughout your rental period within the store’s opening hours.
You can price your items online which later gives you more detailed information about your sales. Price tags with barcode are printed on a paper (we prefer thick paper) and you are able to do this at home or collect them from Prelove. Our till is only able to read tags with barcode so it is absolutely necessary that all items have price tags created through Zellr. You are able to keep track of your sold items online. The system updates itself every 10 minutes.
The price tags must be well attached to each item. We cannot sell an item without a tag. If you wish to change the price of an item a new tag must be generated to update the system. Please see the staff for assistance. Should you wish to lower the price of everything in the rack, you can determine a discounted percentage and inform the staff of Prelove. We then put discount sign on your rack and update ZELLR with your discount percentage.
If we find an item without a price tag there is a specific basket where these items are put. Make sure you check it and claim any lost property when visiting us. Prelove stores these items for 2 weeks. After this these items become the property of Prelove.
Prelove has a strict no return/exchange policy. We are not responsible for any faulty products. It is the rack holders responsibility to inform the buyers of any faults or defects in that particular items price tag.
We are open 7 days a week (Gawler store 6 days from 1.10.2023) You can book a rack for as many weeks as you like. You are welcome to come and set up your rack first thing after we open. You can also set up your rack the day prior within the last hour of closing, but we need at least 2 days notice if you wish to do so.
When your rack rental finishes you must empty your rack at least one hour before we close. It is possible for the staff of Prelove to pack up your rack for you if required, but you must inform us minimum 2 days prior. The price for this service is $20. In case the rack isn’t emptied by the time the rent finishes $20 packing fee will be taken out of your sales. We store any unclaimed items for 2 weeks, after that if still unclaimed by the owner they become property of Prelove.
Some of the items might accidentally travel from one rack to another, but the staff does their best to return everything back to their own racks. This doesn’t mean these items won’t be on sale. As long as they are in the store someone is able to buy them and with your tag attached the profit goes to your account. After you finish your rack rental it is important to go through the store and other racks for possible misplaced items.
In case we find more of your items after your finished rental we store them for 2 weeks. If we sell some of your forgotten/misplaced items after your rental is finished and we have already paid the money you made, it is your responsibility to claim these profits.
We provide security tags for you to use free of charge. Prelove takes no responsibility for stolen or lost property but we do our best for this not to happen. All witnessed cases of theft in store are reported to police. We take no responsibility for the damage of your items in case of a fire, water damage, burglary, vandalism or any other factor undependable on us. 
Prelove reserves the right to tidy your stall within your rack rental period. We will not use your rack to store any of our own property.
By signing the agreement rack holder gives permission to Prelove to post photos and/or videos in our social media pages of items on sale. This might be very beneficial to your sales.
It is strictly forbidden to attach your own shelves, baskets, racks or any additional parts to your rack. You must only use the space, racks and shelves provided by Prelove.
For fire safety reasons it is forbidden to leave any items on the floor or in front of emergency exits. When you bring your items in please do not leave any of your boxes or transporting bags in the store. We reserve the right to remove and dispose anything we find unnecessary. 
We will pay your profits to your nominated bank account within 7 days after your rack rental finishes. A valid ID must be presented at the time of your final account.
Should you wish to cancel the rack rental before it is finished, we pay the profits you’ve made so far, but no refunds of the unused rent is issued. We retain any unclaimed profits for 2 weeks.
Bank account details for profit payouts need to be provided by email to store email address. If the bank account details provided are incorrect, and payout is done to a wrong bank account, Prelove is not liable for incorrect bank transfer and client might loose the payout if bank won't refund it.

Luxury Cabinet 

A luxury cabinet is for luxury valuables you wish to keep out of access. Possible buyers will need permission from staff for access.
These items must be small enough accessories to fit in the cabinet (shoes, bags, purses, watches - NO JEWELLERY). We take max 3 items per owner at a time for sale.
There is no rent to be paid, but we take a 35% selling commission per item.
Each items selling price must be minimum $50
A luxury cabinet booking is for 2 weeks at a time
By signing a rack rental/luxury cabinet agreement you agree with our terms and conditions. Prelove reserves the right to change our T&C’s at any time.
