We are like any other clothing store and unfortunately sometimes things are stolen or go missing. This is a risk you take when having a rack at Prelove. We do our very best to keep your items safe, but in case an item of yours isn't found we are not responsible and unfortunatley can't compensate your lost item. We provide security tags for you to use free of charge. Security tags will give better protection, however even with security tags the safety isn't 100%. Please do not bring anything for sale that is too valuable for you to lose!

• Medium rack for is up to 65 coat hangers and 5 pairs of shoes
• Large rack is for up to 100 coathangers and 8-10 pairs of shoes

Booking A Stall - Rates & conditions

Prelove is a second hand store – strictly for individuals to sell their private owned and preloved items. Rental fee is:

• SMALL RACK: $65/week +13% from your total sales
• MEDIUM RACK: $99/week + 13% from your total sales.
• LARGE RACK: $139/week + 13% from your total sales.
• No commission taken if your total sale amount is less than $200

Rental Conditions

We kindly request that you do not overfill the racks. To ensure optimal presentation and accessibility, please adhere to the following guidelines: Small Rack: Up to 35 coat hangers and 4 pairs of shoes.Medium Rack: Up to 65 coat hangers and 5 pairs of shoes.Large Rack: Up to 100 coat hangers and 8-10 pairs of shoes.  Overloading the rack may lead to damage and hinder the sale of your items. Prelove reserves the right to remove any excess items. You may replace sold items with new ones during store hours. -Prelove is dedicated to providing a platform for individuals to sell their personally owned and preloved items. As a second-hand store. If you prefer to book directly with our staff we can assist with your registration. Zellr allows you to create and manage your price tags, review and track your booking, monitor your sold items and update your personal information. -Full payment for the stall must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of your rental. If you need to reschedule, we require at least 1 week’s notice. -Please note that no refunds are provided. If you postpone with less than 1 week’s notice and a replacement isn’t found by the original start date, the rental period will be shortened by the unoccupied days. - Prelove provides all coat hangers for your items. Our focus is on clothing, shoes, and larger accessories. Please note that jewelry and other types of merchandise are not permitted for sale. -Please be advised that the sale of the following items is strictly prohibited at Prelove: FurnitureBootleg itemsAdult entertainmentDrugsDangerous goodsWeaponsPlantsGrocery items - Prelove reserves the right to remove any items deemed unfit for sale. The stall holder is fully responsible for any damages resulting from non-compliance with these conditions. Additionally, the sale of stolen items or items belonging to others is strictly forbidden. Stall holders must ensure they have the legal rights to all items they bring for sale. Any instances of malpractice will be reported to the authorities. - You can price your items online, which then provides detailed sales information. Price tags with barcodes should be printed on thick paper. You can print these at home or collect them from Prelove. All items must have price tags created through Zellr, as our till only reads barcode tags. You can monitor your sold items online with updates occurring every 10 minutes. - Price tags must be securely attached to each item as we cannot sell items without tags. To change an item's price, a new tag must be generated to update the system. For assistance please consult the staff. If you wish to apply a discount to all items on the rack, specify the discount percentage to the staff. We will then place a discount sign on your rack and update the ZELLR system accordingly. - If an item is found without a price tag it will be placed in a designated basket. Please check this basket and claim any lost property during your visits. Prelove will store these items for 2 weeks; after this period they become the property of Prelove. - Prelove has a strict no return or exchange policy and is not responsible for any faulty products. It is the stall holder's responsibility to disclose any faults or defects on the item's price tag. - We are open 7 days a week and you may book a stall for any number of weeks. You are welcome to set up your rack at our opening time. Alternatively, you may set up your rack the day before during the final hour of closing, provided you give us at least 2 days' notice. - At the end of your rack rental you must clear your stall at least one hour before closing. If necessary, Prelove staff can assist with emptying your rack for a fee of $20, provided you notify us at least 2 days in advance. A $20 fine will be automatically charged and deducted from your profits if the stall is not emptied by the end of the rental period and we have not received prior notification. - Occasionally items may be accidentally transferred between stalls. This does not impact the availability of these items for sale; as long as they are in the store, they can still be purchased, and any sales will be credited to your account as long as the item has your tag attached. However, our staff is committed to returning each item to its designated rack to the best of our ability. When your rack rental period concludes, please ensure you review the store and other racks for any potentially misplaced items. - If additional items belonging to you are found after your rental period has concluded, we will store them for up to two weeks. Should we sell any of these forgotten or misplaced items after your rental period and you have already received payment for your initial sales, the proceeds will be recorded in your Zellr account as an 'inactive sale.' It is your responsibility to claim these profits. - Please update your bank account details in Zellr before the end of your rental period. We will process and transfer your profits to the nominated bank account within 7 days of your final rental day. - If you cancel your rack rental before its completion, you will receive payment for the profits earned up to that point, but no refund will be issued for unused rental time. Unclaimed profits will be retained for 2 weeks. - Our commission of 13% is calculated based on your total sales. Please note that any deductions for extended rack rent, packing fees, or similar expenses will not affect the commission amount derived from each sale. - If you enter incorrect bank account details in Zellr and we process a payment to that account, we cannot be held liable if we can't recover the funds. While we can report the issue to our bank, we won't be able to issue another transfer if the funds are not retrievable. Please ensure your bank details are accurate to avoid complications. - Our store is equipped with an alarm system that includes CCTV surveillance and security gates. While Prelove takes extensive measures to prevent theft and loss, we do not assume responsibility for stolen or lost property. Any witnessed incidents of theft are reported to the police. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage to your items resulting from customers trying on your clothes, fire, water damage, burglary, vandalism, or other factors beyond our control. - Prelove reserves the right to tidy your stall during your rack rental period. We will not use your rack to store any of our own property. - Attaching your own shelves, baskets, racks, or any additional components to your stall is strictly prohibited. You are required to use only the space, racks, and shelves provided by Prelove. - For fire safety reasons, it is prohibited to leave any items on the floor or in front of emergency exits. When bringing in your items please ensure that boxes and transport bags are not left in the store. We reserve the right to remove and dispose of any items deemed unnecessary.  - By signing the agreement, the stall holder grants Prelove permission to post photos and/or videos of items on sale to our social media pages. This may significantly benefit your sales.

• LUXURY CABINET:
• A luxury cabinet is for luxury valuables you wish to keep out of access. Possible buyers will need permission from staff for access.
• These items must be small enough accessories to fit in the cabinet (shoes, bags, purses, watches - NO JEWELLERY). We take max 3 items per owner at a time for sale.
• There is no rent to be paid, but we take a 35% selling commission per item.
• Each items selling price must be minimum $50
• A luxury cabinet booking is for 2 weeks at a time
• By signing a rack rental/luxury cabinet agreement you agree with our terms and conditions. Prelove reserves the right to change our T&C’s at any time.

ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICE:
- Our All Inclusive/Option 2 service for a Medium rack is priced at $99 for 2 weeks, with a 50% commission on sales. This option allows for a minimum of 60 items and a maximum of 80-90 items.
- If you are interested in booking Option 2 please email us directly. Bookings cannot be made online, over the phone or in-store. We will respond with details regarding the brands and styles we accept.
- Once your booking is confirmed and a drop-off date is agreed upon, please bring your clothes to the designated store in disposable bags. We are unable to store containers or suitcases.
- Prelove staff will handle the pricing of items, set up the rack and restock as needed. Garments will be priced to sell based on our experience and expertise.
- It is the client's responsibility to review our pricing on the initial start date. If you wish to make changes to the pricing of items, please contact our staff immediately.
- To maximize sales, clothes may be discounted towards the end of the rental period. Discounts may also be applied earlier if we determine that the items are not selling quickly enough.
- Unsold clothes must be picked up on the final day of the rental 10-15 minutes before closing. Prelove staff will pack the clothes in disposable bags for your convenience.


BY SIGNING A RACK RENTAL/ALL INCLUSIVE RENTAL/LUXURY CABINET AGREEMENT YOU AGREE WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PRELOVE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OUR T&C’S AT ANY TIME.
